Mr. K. K. Agrawal is a legacy in itself and is a renowned visionary having built the core foundation of HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd. in the year of 1980. His continuous and consistent efforts and in-depth market knowledge has helped our brand to grow strength by strength gaining a competitive advantage. Risk taking, innovation, long-term vision, and dedication are the few of his key principles.
His vision of “Opportunity at the Bottom of Pyramid” has helped the brand to establish all India sales & distribution network deeply penetrating into the rural markets as well that sums up about 70% of the country’s population

Today, his dedication has resulted in HAB’s presence in 35 countries, with a strength in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and America. His prudent business techniques and deep-rooted ethics make the brand a name to reckon with.

Mr. Saurabh Agrawal is the Young Turk in the business taking HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd. to the next level at a lightning-fast pace. He has inherited his strong business acumen and strategic think-tank from his father Mr. K.K. Agrawal helping the brand to gain a competitive edge in the market.
Known for his a dynamic personality and radical thinking his core competencies lies in creating operations and optimizing production, along with establishing and enhancing strong core values and fundaments of the brand.

She focuses on export of products and all new launching drugs.

Mr. Bhupati Kumar Giri serves as the Plant Head at HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Limited and is responsible for leading the company’s manufacturing operations, operational excellence initiatives, technology transfer programs, and capacity expansion projects. With a strong focus on quality, productivity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and sustainable pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across the organization.
With over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Giri brings extensive expertise in production management, plant operations, greenfield project execution, process validation, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held leadership positions with leading pharmaceutical organizations including Ranbaxy Laboratories, Windlass Healthcare, Zim Laboratories, Troikaa Pharmaceuticals, Hasan Dermapharm Vietnam, and Pelltech Healthcare. His experience spans solid oral dosage forms, effervescent tablets, oral thin films, cephalosporin products, liquids, ointments, and advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
Mr. Giri has successfully led large-scale manufacturing facilities, managed technology transfers of multiple products, executed qualification and validation programs, and driven operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. He possesses deep expertise in process optimization, risk assessment, supply chain coordination, capacity enhancement, cost reduction initiatives, and implementation of global GMP requirements. His proven ability to align production efficiency with quality and compliance objectives has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity, operational reliability, and business performance.
A highly accomplished pharmaceutical leader, Mr. Giri has extensive experience in handling international regulatory inspections and audits, including US FDA, EU-GMP, UK MHRA, TGA, ANVISA, MCC, WHO-GMP, and various international health authorities. He has successfully led manufacturing teams through multiple global inspections and has been instrumental in establishing robust quality and compliance systems across manufacturing facilities. His international exposure also includes leading a greenfield pharmaceutical project in Vietnam, where he played a key role in facility design, qualification, validation, equipment procurement, and project execution.

With over 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has built a strong track record in contract manufacturing, business expansion, commercial negotiations, and client relationship management.
In his role, Mr. Sharma is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition and development of strategic partnerships across domestic and international markets. He works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align commercial opportunities with operational capabilities, ensuring seamless execution from product concept to delivery. His expertise spans contract negotiations, product costing, portfolio expansion, marketing strategy, and cross-functional coordination, enabling the organization to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Pankaj Agarwal is a distinguished finance executive and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of leadership experience at the intersection of financial strategy, corporate governance, and business transformation. A first-attempt qualifier of the CA examinations conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a postgraduate from the prestigious SPJIMR, Mumbai, Pankaj brings to his role an uncommon blend of technical depth and strategic vision that sets him apart in the competitive landscape of pharmaceutical finance. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, he serves as a key architect of the organisation’s financial ecosystem — overseeing capital allocation, treasury and liquidity management, investor relations, regulatory compliance across Income Tax, GST, FEMA, and RBI frameworks, and the integrity of financial reporting at the board and audit committee level. Over the course of his career, which includes senior leadership roles at Innovcare Lifesciences and Max Hospital, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive value creation through disciplined financial planning, successful capital raises, ERP-led process transformation, and the institutionalisation of governance frameworks that inspire stakeholder confidence. Mr. Rajesh Vinayak Kshirsagar serves as the Senior Manager – Corporate Quality Assurance at HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Limited and is responsible for strengthening the organization’s quality systems, regulatory compliance framework, and continuous improvement initiatives across the pharmaceutical value chain. In his role, he leads corporate quality assurance activities, vendor qualification programs, audit management, quality governance, and compliance oversight, ensuring that all products and processes consistently meet global quality and regulatory standards.
With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, cosmetics, fragrances, and international quality systems, Mr. Kshirsagar brings deep expertise in Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, vendor audits, quality investigations, and process excellence. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned organizations including Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Sandoz (Novartis), Ajmal Perfumes UAE, and leading pharmaceutical companies in India, gaining extensive exposure to both domestic and international regulatory environments.
Mr. Kshirsagar has successfully led internal, external, and vendor audits, managed CAPA programs, change controls, deviations, market complaints, recalls, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives in accordance with global standards such as ICH, GMP, ISO, and international regulatory requirements. His expertise extends to supplier qualification, contract manufacturing oversight, quality governance, training and competency development, root cause investigations, and implementation of robust quality systems that drive operational excellence and regulatory readiness. He is also highly experienced in supporting regulatory inspections, quality due diligence, and cross-functional quality improvement programs.

With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Bhatt brings extensive expertise in the manufacturing and packaging of a wide range of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, and liquid orals. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale production operations, technology transfers, capacity expansion projects, and cross-functional manufacturing teams. He has also been approved by multiple state regulatory authorities as a competent manufacturing professional for solid oral and liquid dosage forms, reflecting his deep technical knowledge and regulatory understanding.
Mr. Bhatt has significant experience in handling more than 100 tablet products and over 50 capsule formulations, including immediate-release, sustained-release, film-coated, sugar-coated, enteric-coated, dispersible, and pellet-based dosage forms. His expertise spans process validation, cleaning validation, quality management systems, investigation management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in line with national and international regulatory requirements. He has successfully supported and faced inspections from regulatory agencies and global customers, including WHO and international health authorities.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong operational discipline, Mr. Bhatt is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
